Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026.

This notice explains how Digidom Studios Limited (trading as Hubdash), company number 09890452, uses personal data when we are the controller.

  • Registered office: 55 Hoghton Street, Southport, Merseyside, United Kingdom, PR9 0PG
  • ICO registration: ZB074302
  • Contact: support@hubdash.co.uk

It covers Authorised Users of a Hubdash account and visitors to hubdash.co.uk. It does not cover Customer Data (contacts and other people your company stores in Hubdash). For that, we are the processor — see the Data Processing Addendum. Those people should contact the UK company that holds the account, not us.

This notice sits under our Terms of Service. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. Recipients are listed in Subprocessors.

We collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages and features used, and approximate location (GeoIP). See the Cookie Policy.

We do not offer the Service to children. Authorised Users must be 18 or over.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We share data with providers we use to run Hubdash (hosting, login, payments, analytics, support). See Subprocessors.

We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect the Service, or if we sell or restructure the business (the buyer must use the data on equivalent terms).

4. Where it is stored

The Service is hosted in the United Kingdom (AWS eu-west-2).

Some providers are outside the UK. Those are restricted transfers. We use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum and Subprocessors list.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while the account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise Authorised User profiles and similar account data that we no longer need. We keep billing, invoicing, and VAT records for 6 years (a UK legal obligation), then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to processing; receive a copy (portability); or withdraw consent.

Email support@hubdash.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.

If your request is about data a Customer stored about you in their Hubdash account, contact that company. We will point you there.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools as described in the Cookie Policy.
