Tiny Tools for Big Feelings runs structured, trauma-informed programmes for anxiety, ADHD and emotional regulation, supporting children, parents, adults, schools and employers. Founder Carly has spent more than a decade helping children and families build emotional resilience.

Tiny Tools for Big Feelings helps children, parents, educators and professionals understand anxiety, strengthen emotional skills and create calmer, more connected environments.
Tiny Tools is a Community Interest Company, which means every programme, guide, and course they deliver helps fund free or subsidised support for children and families who need it most.
The organisation manages a continuous programme of courses in the North West.

Hubdash is now where Tiny Tools takes bookings, collects pre-course and referral forms, and keeps every carer, participant, school and referrer in one CRM.
Each audience now has its own listing page on the Tiny Tools site, with a course calendar that shows dates, venue and spaces left. People book straight from the page, and every booking lands in the CRM against the right carer and participant.

When a parent fills in the pre-course questionnaire, Hubdash files it for them. It creates the parent's record from their email and adds their child as a participant, so the Tiny Tools team doesn't have to type anything up before a course starts.
The newsletter sign-up, the professional referral form and school enquiries are all built in Hubdash and embedded on the Tiny Tools site. Each submission creates or updates a contact in the CRM, and it records the lawful basis for processing plus whether they've agreed to marketing. The team can follow up straight away, knowing exactly what they're allowed to send.

Fifteen minutes. No obligation.
We’ll walk through Hubdash with your process in mind.
