About Rise Construction Framework
Founded in 2016 by Sara Lawton, Rise drives social value through capital projects for health, education, housing and local authority clients. Its 12 framework groups span works from general construction to fire safety, and consultancy from architecture to cost management. Over 80% of partners are SMEs, and Rise funds voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations across the region.
In 2024, Rise received the King’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity.
The Hubdash transformation
Like many other organisations, Rise used to run its framework data on cumbersome spreadsheets. Projects, supply partners, insurance and social investment all had to be updated and cross-checked by hand.
Hubdash replaced them with one connected system built around how the framework works. The team now saves hours of admin each week, and day-to-day operations run without spreadsheet fatigue.
